Seek patience and passion in equal amounts. Patience alone will not build the temple. Passion alone will destroy its walls.
Whether I am working with a corporate client on a technical document or teaching a series of workshops, I start with the same basic principles.
It's hard to make changes when you don't feel heard. Listening and creating rapport are the two most important things I do.
Build from strength
I meet my clients where they are and start with the positives. Existing strength is the foundation on which all improvements are built.
Trust the Process
No matter what you want to achieve, I can help keep you on track toward your goals. When we trust the process, we both learn and grow.
